In October 2025, Max’s Trust was honored to receive an invitation to join a groundbreaking global collaboration dedicated to raising awareness of Anorectal Malformations (ARM). This initiative unites experts, advocates, and communities worldwide to enhance understanding, support, and care for those affected.

World ARM Day Comes To Life

March 20th marks a historic milestone: for the first time, 14 countries, along with patient associations, scientific societies, and hospitals, officially recognise World ARM Day. On this day, a powerful global movement comes alive as associations, hospitals, institutions, healthcare professionals, patients, and families unite.

It stands as a symbol of solidarity, awareness, and hope, amplifying voices from every corner of the world to shine a light on a condition that remains widely under-recognised.

Anorectal Malformations affect thousands of children and families globally, often requiring complex, lifelong care. Beyond the medical challenges lies a deeper need for understanding, connection, and support. World ARM Day addresses that need, fostering a strong, informed, and compassionate global community.

World ARM Day - videos in Spanish and English.

We are proud to present the official World ARM Day videos, featuring participating organisations and partners from across the globe. These videos go beyond awareness, they are a testament to collaboration, resilience, and the shared belief that every individual affected by ARM deserves access to care, dignity, and opportunity.

We invite you to join this growing global effort:

  • Watch and share the official campaign videos

  • Engage with and tag fellow organisations and advocates

Together, we can break the silence surrounding Anorectal Malformations.

Together, we can empower families with knowledge and support.

Together, we can build a future where no one feels isolated in their journey.

Raise your voice. Stand with us.

💙 Because awareness leads to understanding, and understanding leads to change. 💙 Because every voice matters. 💙 Because together, we are stronger.
