Our Mission

At Max's Trust, we are dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by Anorectal Malformations (ARM).

Our aim is to provide reliable, and accessible resources to empower those navigating this condition.

We have created a detailed medical breakdown of ARM, covering a wide range of its variations, informed by collaboration with leading medical professionals such as Dr. Jonathan Sutcliffe, Clare Bohr, and Dr. Kathryn Ford.

Beyond clinical knowledge, we also provide practical care advice which starts here. This guidance is designed to help individuals and families manage daily care with confidence.

Our charity’s core mission is to provide support. In addition to this website, we organise conferences and events that bring together people affected by ARM, creating community, sharing experiences, and fostering connection.

If you would like to help us continue this vital work, including maintaining these resources and running events, please consider making a donation here. Your support makes a real difference.
